Polyhouse

KVK established saw tooth type of natural ventilated polyhouse in an Area of 0.5 ac, in 2016. It is built on galvanized iron pipes and covered with white plastic film, which is fixed on the frame with aluminum grippers, installed drip irrigation system for watering and foggers for controlling temperature. We are cultivating off season vegetable crops like cucumber, tomato, yard long bean, capsicum, water melon, amaranthus, palak, gogu, chukkaku, coriander, marigold etc. Within one cycle we are raising 6 lakh of different vegetable nursery seedlings during the kharif season.
